To put it simply: We want you to love your new lingerie. If for some reason you don’t love it, don’t fret, most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. There will even be a pre-paid return shipping label included with your domestic shipment. Contact us here if you have any questions about the return or exchange process.

We’ll gladly help you find another size or style, or refund your purchase altogether, as long as your order adheres to the return guidelines below.
Oh my bra! will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie if you are not satisfied within 14 days of your goods arriving for EU orders and 21 days for orders outside of the EU. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Item(s) have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with all tags & liners attached, in perfect condition and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties that have been removed from their packaging
- We only offer SIZE EXCHANGES. To choose something different, you will need to return your items and place a new order. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website
Oh my bra! reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.
Customers in the EU
You are responsible for the cost of returning your unwanted items; if you wish to return any items from your order please ensure that you obtain a receipt as proof of postage as you are responsible for any loss. If you exchange for alternative items, Oh my bra! will pay for the shipping of your replacement order.
Customers in the Rest of the World
You are responsible for the cost of returning your unwanted items, customs charges or duty fees. You may use your preferred carrier for shipping your return to our warehouse, but we advise that you use a carrier that provides you with tracking and a return receipt of your shipment. Oh my bra! does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.
If you exchange for alternative items, Oh my bra! will pay for the shipping of your replacement order.

• Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable, unless there was a shipping error on our part.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are adequately protected during transit back to us.
• Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and posted. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once it is completed!
